A ribbon, turned once.
This slim band turns over on itself across the front, the way a ribbon twists when you give it a half turn. One face of the twist carries a single row of tiny round lab-grown diamonds in small bead prongs, running over the top of the ring. The other faces stay plain, polished yellow gold, so stones and bare metal swap sides as the band turns.
