Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds — chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds, grown in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth.
Are Novara diamonds certified?
Our engagement ring diamonds are. Each one ships with an independent IGI or GIA grading report, and the report number is laser-inscribed on the girdle. Wedding bands and other fine jewelry are not sold with individual grading reports.
How does Clear Price work?
Each diamond is shown beside what a mined stone with the same 4Cs would cost, so you can see exactly what you keep. No hidden mark-ups.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes — start with a setting or a diamond in our ring builder, then review the finished ring before it goes to the bench.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Rings and wedding bands get one free resize within 60 days of delivery. You can also return it within 30 days; a 10% restocking fee applies to resized or engraved pieces.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order in 10–15 days. Shipping is free and fully insured on orders over $500.
