Where is my order?
Every piece is made to order in 10–15 days. Sign in to see the current stage of your order.
Can I change the ring size after ordering?
Yes, while the piece is still at the design stage. After delivery, your first resize within 60 days is free. Rings and bands within one size are resized quickly; more than one size is a remake (10–15 days). Bracelets and necklaces can’t be resized and are remade; pendants get a new chain length.
Do you ship to my country?
Every parcel ships insured, with a signature on delivery, and shipping is free on orders over $500. Tell us where you are and we will confirm delivery to your country.
Can I see a stone before I commit?
We shortlist three stones within your budget and send the certificates and 360° videos before anything is cut or set.
