About this necklace
The whole heart, paved.
Small round lab-grown diamonds fill the entire face of this white gold heart, each resting on tiny metal beads that leave little of the surface bare. The front curves gently outward, and the stones follow that dome from one edge to the other with no empty space in the middle. Between the two lobes, a plain polished bail tapers down to a small jump ring that links it to the heart, shown here on a fine cable chain.
