Round lab-grown diamonds sit level with the metal in a channel that runs over the top of this slim yellow gold band and down both sides, stopping at a short plain section at the base. Fine beads of milgrain trim each wall of the channel. Turn the band and the side gallery shows a ribbed, fluted pattern, with small pierced openings behind the stones on the inside.
