A small halo with a V on top.
A round lab-grown diamond stands in prongs at the heart of this pendant, ringed by an unbroken halo of smaller round lab-grown diamonds placed a touch lower than it. Rising from the top of that ring, two narrow strips lined with even tinier pavé stones branch apart in a V and catch the chain between them, so the bail shines along with the head. The whole piece stays small and neat.
