Close to the head on each side, marquise lab-grown diamond side stones fan outward in a spray that looks like a sprig of leaves. Past the sprays, a thin trail of bead-set lab-grown diamond accents continues down the shoulders like a vine, and the shoulders themselves sweep in a gently offset line. The lower half of the slim, rounded band is plain. A raised head with claw prongs holds a fancy yellow round center, chosen in the next step.
