Bezels, beads and scrolls.
On both sides of a fancy blue round center, a tight triangle of round lab-grown diamond accents presses against the head, each stone closed in its own smooth bezel. From the side, curls of yellow gold scroll beneath those bezels to hold them up, and fine milgrain beading follows the gallery and the edges of the band. Further down the shoulders, smaller accents run in a single beaded row, and the rest of the shank is plain. The center is chosen in the next step.
