Larger round lab-grown diamonds in individual prongs run from the head down each side of the white gold band, reaching about halfway around. Finer pave lines both edges of that row. Under a pear-shaped center, chosen in the next step, a hidden ring of tiny accents circles the base of the head, and more small stones dot the gallery walls when the ring is seen from the side. The back of the band is left plain.
