Along the top of this wide band, a line of small round lab-grown diamond accents sits in a raised channel, with flat polished rails on both sides giving it a crisp, built look. The row runs from the head down to the sides of the finger before the band turns plain. At the top, prongs hold a fancy yellow heart-shaped center, chosen in the next step, and a twisted rope-style collar wraps the base of the basket.
