The middle prong head stands tall for a fancy yellow cushion-cut center, chosen in the next step, and a smaller prong-set lab-grown diamond side stone sits directly against it on each side. Down the sterling silver shank, beaded edges line both sides while a carved feather-like V pattern repeats along the flanks; the top of the band stays smooth.
