Marquise lab-grown diamonds fan out on both shoulders of this platinum setting, each held at its tips by prongs, so they open like small leaf sprays right beside a fancy blue Asscher-cut center. Below them the band behaves like a vine: two strands wind and cross along the sides, one left smooth and polished, the other set with a single line of tiny bead-set accents.
