A square, with leaves on one side.
Each stud centers on an Asscher-cut lab-grown diamond in four corner claws, turned slightly off square. Four marquise lab-grown diamonds of different sizes fan out from its upper edge and one top corner like a small spray of leaves, each in its own prongs. The two studs are mirror images, so on the ear both sprays point away from the face.
