Yellow Gold Lab-Grown Diamond Eternity Bands

A row of stones over warm gold. Each eternity ring in yellow gold here sets lab-grown diamonds in a continuous line, over the top half on most designs, with a few circling the whole finger. Shared prongs, pavé, bezels and slanted marquise stones vary the look. On the product page you choose 10K, 14K or 18K gold and the total weight, usually between 0.25 and 1 carat.

Half or full eternity

  • Half eternity: the stones stop at the sides, leaving smooth gold under the finger where neighboring rings press.
  • Full eternity: a closed ring of stones that shows sparkle however the band turns; any size change means remaking the band, since no plain section is left to cut.

Prong, pavé or bezel

Shared prongs lift the lab-grown diamonds and admit light along their sides. Pavé sets smaller stones low and close, on some designs inside scalloped or U-cut edges. Bezel designs ring each stone in gold, the smoothest finish for hands that work. A few add milgrain, engraving or a twist for a vintage line.

Total weight and width

A yellow gold eternity band at 0.25 ct tw is slim and slips in next to an engagement ring. At 0.5–0.75 ct tw the stones are large enough to wear alone. Around 1 ct tw the band reads as a statement on its own.

Wearing it in a stack

Set the eternity band beside the engagement ring so the stones line up, and check that the two sit flush. Take both off for weights and gardening. Lotion settles beneath the prongs; a short soak and a toothbrush angled underneath clears it.

Ring questions, answered.

How do I choose an engagement ring?

Start with the shape she loves, then the setting style. Our gemologists can help you balance carat, cut and budget on a free video call.

Can I build my own engagement ring?

Yes — pick a setting, then a diamond, and review the finished ring before it goes to the bench.

Does the diamond price include the setting?

Diamond and setting are priced separately in the ring builder, and the total is shown before you add the ring to your bag.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our ring size guide, or order a free ring sizer — it arrives in 2–3 days.

Can I return or resize my ring?

You can return it within 30 days (a 10% restocking fee applies to resized or engraved pieces), and your first resize within 60 days of delivery is free.

Should I insure my engagement ring?

We recommend it. Every ring ships fully insured; once it is yours, a separate jewelry insurance policy covers loss, theft and accidental damage.
