- Channel and bar: lab-grown diamonds caught between gold walls or parted by slim bars, for an unbroken line.

Picking a total weight
Most designs run from 1 to 10 carats total weight, shared across both hoops. Near 1–2 ct tw the hoop stays slim enough for the office; at 4 ct tw and above it widens into a bright ring visible across a room.
Which karat of rose gold
Copper gives the alloy its blush. 10K shows the deepest pink and shrugs off scratches, 14K balances tone with gold content, and 18K carries more gold for a softer, peachy glow. Against any of them, lab-grown diamonds look icy white.
