Gold Curved Wedding Bands, grown in light.

A band shaped to meet the engagement ring. These gold curved wedding bands dip, arch or notch so they sit flush against a ring with a raised center. Round lab-grown diamonds run along each one in pavé, channel or prong work, and gold color, karat and carat are picked per design.

Curve, contour or V

  • Gentle curve: a soft arch for halos and low settings, often in pavé with shared prongs.
  • Deep curve or wave: a stronger dip for larger heads, some with sculpted shoulders or engraved sides.
  • V or chevron: a pointed front that frames a pear, marquise or oval from below.

Fitting a gold contour wedding band

Hold the bands together and look from the side: a good match leaves no gap under the center. The depth of the curve should follow the depth of the head, so a tall solitaire wants a deeper dip than a low halo. A few designs are half eternity bands: stones over the top half, smooth gold underneath.

Weight, gold and price

Carat counts every lab-grown diamond set along the band. Most designs offer around 0.25 to 0.5 ct tw, and some add lighter or heavier options. Gold is made in 10K, 14K or 18K; 14K sits between the harder 10K and the richer-colored 18K. Bands start at about $600, and most fall between about $700 and $850.

Wearing a curved band daily

A contour band and its engagement ring rub where they meet, so wear them in the same order each day and check the touching stones yearly. Wash the pair side by side in mild suds, then pat each dry separately so no moisture lingers inside the dip.

Ring questions, answered.

How do I choose an engagement ring?

Start with the shape she loves, then the setting style. Our gemologists can help you balance carat, cut and budget on a free video call.

Can I build my own engagement ring?

Yes — pick a setting, then a diamond, and review the finished ring before it goes to the bench.

Does the diamond price include the setting?

Diamond and setting are priced separately in the ring builder, and the total is shown before you add the ring to your bag.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our ring size guide, or order a free ring sizer — it arrives in 2–3 days.

Can I return or resize my ring?

You can return it within 30 days (a 10% restocking fee applies to resized or engraved pieces), and your first resize within 60 days of delivery is free.

Should I insure my engagement ring?

We recommend it. Every ring ships fully insured; once it is yours, a separate jewelry insurance policy covers loss, theft and accidental damage.
